ABOUT ME
I'm a certified project coordinator (CAPM®) who thrives on turning ideas into finished, on-time work — managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and keeping complex projects moving from concept to launch. Over the course of my career, I've managed the end-to-end delivery of dozens of marketing assets monthly, working closely with teams across Sales, RevOps, Product, and Brand & Content to keep everything on track and on-brand.
My approach to project coordination is shaped by something a little less typical for the field: a background as a technical storyteller. Years spent mastering persuasive, research-driven writing taught me that every deliverable serves a larger purpose — a story it's meant to tell, an audience it's meant to reach. I bring that same instinct into how I coordinate projects today: staying alert not just to deadlines, but to whether the work still serves what it set out to do.

That combination has roots in my academic background. My study of English gave me strong analytical and drafting skills, along with a genuine appreciation for clear, well-structured communication — the same instincts that now show up in how I document projects, write stakeholder updates, and keep teams aligned. As a Certified Professional Technical Communicator, I find real satisfaction in producing clear, well-organized documents, whether that's a project status report or a stakeholder briefing.

I'm always open to connecting with new teams and opportunities in project coordination, project management, or marketing. Please have a look at my resume and past work, and feel free to reach out with any questions.
